Just wondering if anyone else sets specific reading goals each year. I did a bunch myself:

Read 5 new mystery authors:


Finish the last 3 Harry Potter novels:


Read the next 3 Dark Tower novels:

Reading the last one now.

I try to, but then I find new books I want to read then my goals get pushed back until the end of the year.

I try not to pict exact titles, because I know what I'm in the mood for will change.

This was the 1st year I did a general book challenge. Have not really thought about a challenge for next year. It might include expanding to different genres....but I am not sure

I have a ton of trilogies and duologies and series on my tbr that I've been meaning to get to for ages. Next yr I want to complete 10 of them.
