've also read very little of the list, but the couple I have read (Gulliver's Travels, Canterbury Tales) I've really enjoyed.

I like the picks of Dickens, L'Amour, and Swift - all on the same list. Great!

Seeing Louis L'Amour brings back childhood memories of binge reading those westerns. Not sure if I'd like them now, maybe a re-read is in order if I can find any books in an used bookstore.
