Addicted to YA discussion

I know there are already some topics on this, but I wanted to ask for help on finding my next read. I keep picking up books but finding I'm not interested enough to get past the first couple/few chapters. I loved the Hunger Games, all things Harry Potter, and enjoyed (most of) the Game of Thrones series. I liked Divergent but the other two books in the series not so much. Sort of the same thing for the Matched series. I'm not really into sword-fighting, high fantasy books...or more like just not right now for whatever reason. I'm hoping there's some great suggestions, because my Kindle is a bit ticked off at me right now :)

I'll add that I'm in a short attention span reading mood lately. I can't seem to stick with any one book right now. *Sigh*

I just finished The Diabolic by S.J. Kincaid which was good and would also recommend Red Queen and Red Rising if you haven't read them. All have similarities to GoT and The Hunger Games.

You should try the Throne of Glass series by Sarah J. Maas. Or maybe The Mortal Instruments series by Cassandra Clare?

Thanks for the suggestions!! I'm eyeing The Diabolic after Under the Never Sky. It looks like I'm just in an audiobook kind of mood, so I'll try some of the other books too!
