TBH the beginning is kind of slow and boring, but I'm sure that the information in the beginning will be important later on. I can't wait to see what happens next!

It took me a long time to read the next part because my eyes were filled with tears after being brutally roasted by hannah. I am now at the part where the boat is going down. i hope Pi and his fam are okay!!!!

In my opinion the TRUE romance of the book was between Pi and Richard Parker

I think it depends on the circumstances. Sometimes zoos or aquariums are not able to provide for all of the needs of certain animals and they are better off in the wild.

I would be lying if I said I didn't shed a few tears at the ending. Richard Parker was all that Pi had for a very long time and it broke my heart that they didn't get a proper goodbye

I think that Pi had to tell the story of the animals because the things that he and the other people did were so savage that the only way he could deal with it was to pretend they were animals.

I think that this is an example of how Pi committed murder and he couldn't deal with it so he had to say that it was the tiger who killed him

I think that this is showing how Pi is jsut a regular kid and he just wants to go back to normal life

I think maybe if the story were real it would make people believe in something. I think the compelling forces of this story were ruined for us though because we knew it wasnt real

I think he can try. If the story with the people is the real one, the scene where richard parker leaves him it symbolic of Pi letting go of his savage past

I think they should have had a battle to the death

In my opinion though, I think that Richard Parker and Pi were more than friends. They were ~soulmates~ and there should have been a sequel about them finding each other and living happilyever after
