I only use my laptop, as I don't have a smart phone, but I know lots of our members use both the desktop version and the app and have reported loads of issues on the app. Any time you can't figure something out on the app, my first suggestion would be to try the desktop version.
I'm always glad to help with any troubleshooting issues, though I don't always have the answer.

This won't affect your ability to use the app on the same device.

Ooh, I don't. My notes are incomplete for that month. So sorry! It must have been a busy one for me.

Hi Daria. You are welcome to include books beyond CF on your hidden gem shelf/shelves. Most likely what will be selected though would be CF. Hope this helps.

Any book is fine to be on your Hidden Gems list. Non-Christian books, as Staci said, are rarer to get chosen, but I've seen several classics and a few otherwise general market books get chosen over the last few years.
If your assigned partner for a given month doesn't have any familiarity with books on your list, they might choose an alternate way of choosing for you, such as selecting books that begin with vowels or which are rated the highest on Goodreads or which ones have been on your list the longest amount of time.

While your app is connected to your profile, your removal of the app will don't delete your profile/work. Just the app and storage on the machine. If you log into the app on say your phone or if you log into Goodreads on the laptop your information will still be there. Only time your data would be removed is when you permanently close your account, which I think is in a different location all together.
