I had to do a little research myself for this too because I had several books in mind that are centered around "dancing" but not tai chi or yoga, or ballet...haha I am an avid ballet fan as I did it for 15 years so I looked for ballet romance books and found one called A Company of Swans

First Position by Prescott Lane is an interesting story featuring a ballet dancer.
Welcome Home, Cowboy by Annie Rains features a yoga instructor. However, this is the second book in the series Hero's Welcome.
