There are four types of exercise, so that fits perfectly with the four quarters of 2017.

• 1st Q - Flexibility exercises stretch your muscles and can help your body stay limber.

• 2nd Q - Endurance, or aerobic, activities increase your breathing and heart rate.

• 3rd Q - Strength exercises make your muscles stronger.

• 4th Q - Balance exercises help prevent falls, a common problem in older adults.

Read a book where the hero or heroine is resilient (has the ability to rebound after a difficult situation) Exit Light Overall a good read, I would say it leans more towards the fantasy than the romance side of things even though romance is a large part of it.

Read a book where the protagonist has to change their plans or goal. This one took me a second to get into but once I was I could not put it down. Hilariously witty.

Theresa Any book recs with someone who practices tai chi, yoga, or ballet? I read Act of Obsession, and the protagonist was a dancer...did not specify the type of dance though...I used it in my spelling challenge...could probably use it for this category, but thought I would ask...I have read several in the past but I don't think I have anything right now...any recs are welcome!

I had to do a little research myself for this too because I had several books in mind that are centered around "dancing" but not tai chi or yoga, or ballet...haha I am an avid ballet fan as I did it for 15 years so I looked for ballet romance books and found one called A Company of Swans A Company of Swans by Eva Ibbotson which takes place in the early 1900s and gets great reviews. There's lists out there too that has romance books that involve dance. :)

Any by Laurell K. Hamilton should (though they get racier has the series progresses) and I'm pretty sure Fighting Destiny (The Fae Chronicles, #1) by Amelia Hutchins has one or the other and Neanderthal Seeks Human (Knitting in the City, #1) by Penny Reid and This Man (This Man, #1) by Jodi Ellen Malpas are good bets. And definitely Wallbanger (Cocktail, #1) by Alice Clayton .

Carly - Resident Supergirl | 275 comments You ladies are awesome thank you SOOOOO much! I have so many books on my TBR shelf I'm like...I really need to try and pick from the epic pile versus adding extras I knew there had to be something! :)
