This Month's challenge:

Categories:
-read a new-to-you author,
-read a new-to-you series
-read a new-to-you genre
-read a new book (published 2016/2017)
-read a book with less than 100 ratings on Goodreads
-read an ARC

Points:
*50 - 99 pages = 0.5 points
*100 - 199 pages = 1 point
*200 - 299 pages = 2 points
*300 - 399 pages = 3 points
*400 - 499 pages = 4 points
*500 - 599 pages = 5 points
*600+ pages = 6 points
(maximum of 6 points per book)
*Buddy reads DOUBLE your points score, so a 300 page book + buddy read = 6 points. 600 page book + buddy read = 12 points. (Bonus points for buddy reads will only be given if the buddy read has taken place in our group.)

Anyone started yet? I've started My Life in Black and White for a new to me author.

I've started with take me with you by Nina G Jones.

I've started Paper Princess by Erin Watt in a New to me Author. And I'm almost at the end of Opposition by jennifer l armentrout.

I've started I was Here by Gayle Forman

So sorry for not seeing this sooner. I was out of town.

I finished the book I was reading yesterday, and have now started Someone Else's Summer.

I've started to a Discovery of Witches by Deborah Harkness.

She's new to me as an author, has two more books in her trilogy. :)

EDIT: Finished another book called Stalking Jack the Ripper by Kerri Maniscalco.

I finished Os Maias ( a book I meanwhile started rereading). Continuing my readings with Opposition and paper princess. =)

So I'm reading Defy the Dark, which is an anthology and I've read books by two of the authors, but not the rest. Would that mean that I am unable to count this book, even though 15 of the authors are new to me - do any of you know?

I think if the majority of them are new authors then it should count.

I'm currently reading paper princess by Erin watt and opposition by JLArmentrout. Unfortunately, I'm having a problem with my own book so I'm afraid I have been falling a bit behind these last 3 days.. =( Hope to catch up with you guys soon... Sorry...

These are the books I own in my TBR list, don't think I'll be able to get any new ones this month but if anyone wants to buddy read one of them with me?

Hi! No prob... ;) i've been pointed out some weaknesses of my book regarding the writing flow and phraseology. After some...less pleasant conversation with my previous editor I need a GOOD copyeditor asap and some beta-readers for the before and after edition... :/
