Locations: The book is all about his travels in the U.S. territories, each chapter dealing with a different one, so take your pick from Guam, American Samoa, Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Setting: Constantinople,Turkey | Vinkovci, Croatia | Yugoslavia
I have no idea where is set the most part of this book. But the most important part is set in Vinkovci, Croatia, where the murder kills the victim.

Primary: Santa Teresa, Mexico
(In the novel, Santa Teresa exists in the Sonora area of northern Mexico, but Santa Teresa is fictional. The real town is Ciudad Juárez).
There are many other important locations throughout this 912-page novel, but Santa Teresa centers the entire story.

Primary: Isla De los Suenos (fictional)
Secondary: Isle of Trisda (fictional)

Primary: United States. I can't get any more specific since the book is a collection of short stories, all by different authors.
Hmmm... it looks like my changes did not stick. Grrr...
I'll continue to update in the next few days. For now, the map is updated through message 265.
