Now wanting to know the end of a book is a temper tantrum? Honestly, you guys are getting ridiculous. Not as in funny, but as in worthy of ridicule.

First of all, if anyone is being "angry... or frustrated or pissed off", it's the defenders who keep coming in here and telling people how to feel. And if anyone is making me angry and frustrated and pissed off, it's them (meaning you, Elizabeth), not Rothfuss. Michele, for example, is clearly worked up at all the people on the internet who are "harassing" Rothfuss, and even though none of that is going on here, her defense for it is (to paraphrase) "S&L isn't the internet. It happens elsewhere."

.... How does that make any sense? How does that justify?

(Don't answer. We all know it doesn't.)

Second, although it seems earlier in the thread that Rick and Matthew (and you, Elizabeth) are disagreeing, all of you are saying the same thing:

Be indifferent.

Well fuck that. I won't. And I won't be made to feel bad or... less... for refusing to be indifferent, either. I do want to read book 3. It doesn't consume my days, but nor is it going to go anywhere.
