Re reading function in GR won't influence my reading. Earlier I used to reread a lot, but nowadays due to easy availability of books and lack of.time, I prefer new books.

Re-reading has yielded good results so far. Train to Pak (from 3 to 5 stars), and God of Small Things (from DNF to 2.5! I know I'll read this yet again!)

To be eligible top re-read, I must read some first ;)

@_@
Say it again, man! Louder this time. Read it again?
Can someone pinch me? Am I dreaming?

Don't worry...if Goodreads survived another decade, I'm sure I'll remind you of this ;)

No updates? not even Outsiders?

message 62: by [deleted user] (new)

Updated the reading log in message 2.

loved The Outsiders 4/5 (review- https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...)

Coraline and The Witch of Blackbird Pond were okay.

Siddhartha improved with the re-reading and snatched a perfect-five :)

message 63: by [deleted user] (new)

Also read few other books that I did not add on GR-

Adulthood Is a Myth- (3/5 stars)

Big Mushy Happy Lump - A sequel of the above mentioned book- (2/5 stars)

Chess Story- (4/5 stars)

An Ideal Husband - A play by Oscar Wilde- (3/5 stars)

And if I don't consider Harry Potter book (C'mon, it's HP) and Siddhartha (Telling you for the thousandth time: It was a re-reading, thus out of consideration), I have got only one perfect-five so far ( thanks to dear old RKN)!! The Outsiders was close one, but still not perfect-five. Out of some 20 odd books, only one perfect-five!! What a shame!!!

The last two are BRs with awesome people.
IAGandhi with Gorab.
HP#5 with Sundara Gandhi.
What a pity we couldn't drag the Gandhi lady in IAGandhi BR :P

It feels good to have your own thread, so you can spam it unapologetically and no-one can raise an eyebrow ;)

We never close or archive personal reading threads.

Don't!!! There's more chances of Rahul Gandhi becoming our PM than me writing and posting a review on time :P So do not wait, Miss Shar!
Upcoming reads? Sure, but not sure about the books.
