Just finished The Hating Game. Absolutely loved it. Romance readers, if you haven't read it I'd definitely recommend it."
I've heard great things about this book. I have it on my TBR. And awesome on first book done.

Now I have a decision to make over what to read next. Hopefully I'll get another book finished over the weekend but it's my sister in laws birthday so going for a visit.

I'm about halfway through with the book I am currently reading.. I'm taking my time with it because there is a lot of info and stories..will hopefully finish by the weekend!

I've started a new book but have to admit I'm not particularly enjoying it. It's not bad, but not great either. Should be finished it today though.

I have never been able to do that. I can have an audio and a book provided they're different genres but that's it :)

Yes I am, I usually have 3, all very different, one digital (Kindle or Nook), one audio, and one hard copy

Although I think I may have gone to the dark side as I kind of prefer my reader to a physical book these days.

Just finished Home Tears by Tijan. I did not enjoy it but at least it takes care of a card.

On the plus side the Chaol novella is now a full length book.

That's a shame, I was hoping to only have a short wait for the last book. I might put off read Empire of Storms for later in the year then.

Sorry it took me so long, life seemed to keep getting in my way.

Oh my God! It's being releases in May! I thought it would be a Sept release like her other books!
Wait. I know that

Oh shoot. I just saw the year.
:(
Well. At least it's not Sept 2018.

Looks like the Chaol book will be September 2017, with the final book set for May 2018.

You're probably right. I've flipped them down to the reverse cards in later hands. That only leaves 3 more reverses to get.
Also thinking we may be as well leaving the Wilds to the end as they are probably the easiest. Definitely the Wild Draw 4s are by far the easiest.

I was just trying to fill the hands out and figured we could move them later on to REVERSES. I have a book that will probably have to be a Wild or a Wild draw 4

Simmi, four books finished in just over 5 days is pretty impressive so don't apologize.
Could you do me a favor though and check your shelf? With the exception of Magic Binds none of the books you've finished has a read date and we can't count them without the February date.
Are they re reads? Sometimes the dates don't show properly if you've previously recorded them as read. I know I've had problems with that before.
Thanks

They are actually. Would you mind walking me through labeling them? I think I managed to add dates to some of them, but I have no idea how I did it, so am having trouble replicating it.

I can, thank you.
I think the only way I've figured out how to do it is on the computer rather than the app and even then it takes me I don't know how many attempts :D

I'm getting ready to start the Invention of Wings by Sue Monk Kidd. I'm excited about this book. Should be a good read for me!
Why would they push it back until May 2018? That's so long! I'm going to have reread them all again by that point! Ugh, so frustrating! Oh well, the novella being turned into a book is pretty cool but it doesn't make up for the release date of the other, lol.

The book I'm most looking forward to at the moment is Kings Cage which is out on Thursday. I read the first two books towards the end of last year and want to know what happens next.
Also desperate to read a Conjuring of Light which I think is out in a couple of weeks. February is always a great month for new releases.

It's a great series Alison. Good mystery and some nice romance too. Really great characters. I know with the series being so long it's imitating to start, but it it's worth it IMO. They are excellent on audio too. The narrator does such a fantastic job.

I read the first book, but I didn't really get into it.

To make things worse my audio of Catching Fire just returned itself and someone else has borrowed it.
I've gone for Lynsey Sands which I have never read but figure if there's more than 20 books in the series it can't be that bad.

I use Overdrive and next time 2-3 days before the book expires hit renew and then you'll be closer to the top of the line

I do have kindle unlimited and in theory the audio should be available there but for some reason Catching Fire has disappeared from Amazon UK. Will try again tomorrow. Was midway through the interviews before they enter the games :/
