SciFi and Fantasy Book Club discussion

Hello, I need help finding a book. I just read the synopsis about a week ago but I can't find it again or remember what it's called. It's about a bunch of ships sent out to find a new home for humanity (earth is about to die or something) and they all fail except one because it finds an abandoned/dead civilization. They're able to use the buildings and everything else left behind to survive. Then there's something about clues about what happened to whoever left everything behind.
That's roughly what it's about. I think it is a newer book but can't say for sure. If anyone would be able to help I'd appreciate it. Thanks for your time.

Sounds like Planetfall.

Nope, but that sounds interesting too. I think the name of the book is the name of the ship.

After Atlas, the sequel/companion to Planetfall.

The book is not the name of the ship, but how about Children of Time.

Ship of Fools?

Certainly not new but "Songs of Distant Earth" by Arthur C Clarke sounds very similar. Three space ships set out for a habitable planet hundreds of years apart. The last sent arrives first (due to close to light speed travel and the enormous distances involved) The first ship sent arrives hundreds of years later. The middle ship landed hundreds of years before but there is no record of them.
