I'll Be There question

I just finished the book and while I liked Emily and her other boy friend, I was riveted by what would happen to Sam and Riddle. Especially Riddle. It was more his book than the girl's. Seriously. If she'd driven her car off a cliff I'd have thought, oh, too bad...

But tell me what's happening to Riddle!
