Funnily enough, I was a long time stuck with my last two missing 'U's - and now I've found them almost on top of each other! One in the second to last book I've finished and one in a current read..

this book Inked Hearts really is a lucky hit - not only that it starts with an "i" (always very good on itself), it gives me this missing "u", is set in Maryland, a place I still need for my USA states challenge and with the author Lindsay Detwiler and the male MC Jesse I'll get the two last missing words for my names-in-decades challenge.

AND it's a nice read, too, lol!

Something Different Challenge
Duration:
7/1/2019 - Til Done!

Progress: 0 out of ?

I put this one in the "you set the pace" challenges where you can set your own deadline, since there is a variety of words so there will be a variant in how many books people will be reading.

TLC STANDARD RULES

*Each book may only be used for ONE task or letter.
*For each book that you read please post a link to the book, the author and the date you finished it.
* Where more than one option is given for a task, please state which option your book relates to.
*Please explain briefly how your book fits a task.
*If the task relates to the cover of your book, please post the cover.
*All genres and formats are fine.

*When you have finished please re-post your whole challenge as a new message or we will not be able to award your Hall of Fame badge!

AND NOW, HERE IS THE CHALLENGE!!!

Something different challenge:
Below is a list of words that have one or more different names. Pick one name for each word and spell it out using either the first letter of the first chapter's first word OR the first or last initial of the first character named (in full - first AND last name) in the book. Please post your list before you start reading. When you are making your list, many of these words can be general or a name or have more than one meaning. You can use whatever name you want, as long as it is another name for the word (Car – could be Ride, Wheels, Ford, Durango OR Present – could be Here (as in being present) or Gift)
General rules: Books should be 150+ pages, re reads are ok, just re read the entire book, please post the first sentence of your book as well.
