Horror Aficionados discussion

Anyone been watching this? Its not horror per say but definitely has some horrific moments. It stars Tom Hardy(Bane from The Dark Knight Rises) as a returning thought dead man and into a town who wants him gone. His father died and he inherits the fortune but is in a battle with the india trading company.

Im surprised I've watched it for as long as I have as it's confusing and feels very forced and tries too hard by having people swear on cable tv just for shock value. If you can get over that it does have its moments.

I recorded the first episode, but haven't watched yet.

I tried watching it but couldn't really stay with it. It's too bad because I am a fan of Tom Hardy.

I had no clue what was going on for the most part but I kept watching because it had its moments and seemed intriguing.

This show was out there. A lot going on but done in a very subtle way.

Was waiting for this show for a good while. Was stoked when they decided on a second season.

Things I like about this show:
-Its edgy
-Time period
-Tom Hardy is solid

Things I don't like:
-Its really hard to follow at times
-They force and swear too much
-Can be boring at times
