Robert Smart | 359 comments LOL! In light of certain "discussions" that seem to be very "heated" and in some instances making people's blood curdle or boil. I elected to start this one. Please note I do not believe that "discussions" are meant to give people "Heart Attacks" or "Brain Aneurysms" and if you find your blood pressure rising in a discussion please join me here and attempt to relax. It's not The End Of The World! Or at least not yet!

Take a deep breath!..... Hold it.....Hold it..... Now sigh it out! Heavy sigh.......Aaaahhhh!
Do it again......Aaaahhhh!

;)) Nice! I believe the Beauty and the Beast soundtrack comes out this week I am anticipating that as well. Commenting on and posting discussions as well as catching up on a lot of reading is what happens when your bosses leave for vacation for three weeks and you are completely alone at work six days a week. lol

I know this feeling and it's good. Maybe I'll get the app.

MeerderWörter | 2388 comments I tend to listen to calming music on Youtube lately, it's really great if you want to fall asleep or calm down instantly. Just look for "music for studying, falling asleep...".

And some of the songs of Beauty and the Beast are so soothing, I LOVE them. Gets me down to earth instantly. "Days in the sun, hm-hm, barely begun."

And have it on authority of the internet, that a cat lying on your face slows down your heart even more considerable. :D

Jason | 20 comments It's been scientifically proven that a cat resting on you, can reduce stress-levels by 60%.

Oh My GOODNESS, I never knew they had a song named that. Uh, now that's some information to digest. Boll*cks and Sex Pistols", ouch:)

MeerderWörter | 2388 comments Pink Floyd - The Wall is a classic, isn't it?

MeerderWörter | 2388 comments A somewhat sad piece of music, but this one always calms me down:

And of course Harry Potter soundtracks, some of them are so soothing, like Reunion of Friends

message 13: by Hannah (new)

Hannah Wiedmeyer I find that listening to LOTR can be relaxing like Many Meetings

MeerderWörter | 2388 comments What also helps me is coloring paintings, or just have fun with my friends... It is so important that we recharge our batteries from time to time...

message 15: by Robert (new)

Robert Smart | 359 comments Yes, watching a movie or listening to music can be relaxing I agree! A friend also introduced me to listening to ASMR video's on YouTube some of those are very relaxing.

Lasse | 15 comments Or sound of nature can also be very relaxing. No sounds of cars or people there talking. I thinks, that can be good sometimes. Just the sound og nature.

Mystic Orange (Rumell) (rkrespectedmember) Relaxation is a method that helps you calm down your Zenn. It relieves stress and anxiety. When you are relaxing you are keeping happy thoughts and it boosts a persons self-esteem.
