Craig Coghan was dirty to the core, part of the criminal enterprise of drugs and prostitution. How was it that no one ever suspected that he had any involvement?

He was good at covering up I think. He even had a promotion in his department so certainly he was able to deceive everyone. Plus he had an ADA on his side and also Nathan's boss (forgot his name) to help his cover ups.

Good point! Until it was revealed that the ADA and Cernak were involved, it wasn't making sense to me, which should have been my first clue about those two.

The corruption was so far reaching even to the DA's office there really wasn't anyone to suspect anything.
