Here is the next writing competition for your delectation and delight, or at least mild diversion. I asked the five joint winners of comp 32 for a noun, adjective, adverb, preposition and adverb. Here is what they provided -

THIMBLE
SKITTISH
STEALTHILY
BENEATH
TO MANIFEST (or manifesting, manifested etc - use the verb in whatever tense, mood or voice you desire)

So your challenge - should you choose to accept it - write a 200 word composition using ALL of the above words. Please PM me with your efforts by midnight Sunday April 2nd.

I think that's over wordy. Did you need a bed?

Well it had to be beneath something, didn't it?

Usually I start too long and cut it down to size. Maybe this time I'll try the opposite approach.

And I thought I was being mean with my word!! Looks like it's going to be a collection of similar, very short stories then. I had the skittish thimble manifesting beneath a bridge (for some bizarre reason)!!
