This is a classic best friends to lovers romance with a healthy dose of humor and sexy-sweet loving. Danny Armstrong and Cassie Quilty had been best friends forever, and there was a time Danny would have said he knew Cassie better than he knew himself. That was until she pulled the rug right out from under him, starting with the slightly drunken kiss she’d laid on him.

Of course, he had way too much respect for her to take advantage and he’d figured once Cassie sobered up she would thank him, they’d laugh it off and never speak of it again. Instead, she had walked out on him and the business they’d built together, and then proceeded to completely cut him out of her life. He was hurt, confused and angry. But most of all he just plain missed her.

So when a freak accident brought her back into his life, Danny figured it was his chance to put things back to right.
