I mentioned before that I want to review books from people. But I'm getting messages from lots of places so I thought I'd make a post about it with my criteria. I do, of course, get books I like if I see them on here. But just incase anyone wants to send me anything I'm gonna put it here.

This sounds a bit harsh lol but I've been buggered about before so I've made it kinda specific.

I take ONLY novels between 60,000 to 100,000 words. In ebook format or PDF only. I take Word docs for Betas. (I will beta read but only at certain times, so contact me and we’ll discuss it)
I have no qualms with sex, gore or swearing.

I’ll read anything. If it doesn’t fit into the criteria then you can always try and convince me :)

Preferred:
Adult- Urban fantasy, High Fantasty, Dark fantasy. Vampires, aliens, werewooofs, elves, witches, all that good shit.
Gothic horror.
Crime. Real life and with paranormal elements.
Ghost stories.
Psychological thrillers.
Sci-Fi.
Zombie stuff.
Historical novels based in Asia, Middle East or Africa.

Will take:
Action dramas.
Romance.
Slice of life.
YA novels.

Not wanted:
Non Paranormal Romance Erotica (at least give me some fight scenes)
Period romances based in Europe.
Books about characters travelling when they aren’t escaping something.
Spy lead action thrillers. Eh. Just not really my thing.
Memoirs or books with a message to teach the world. If it’s really that good get that shit to Picador and stop pestering me.
Books with psychology that ‘Influence people’ or self-help with financial success undertones. If you were that successful you wouldn’t be indie publishing that shit.
Books about marketing or publishing.
Christian fiction.
(To clairify, if it has a Christian message that’s all well and good but so far every book marketed as ‘Christian Fiction’ sent to me has been xenophobic as hell. I’m not religious, people aren’t going to convert me by hating on muslims. Christ.)
Books that are aimed at tweens that have extreme erotic explorative themes. You’d be surprised how many of these I got. Perverts. Perverts everywhere.

If I don’t like it. I won’t review it. You can contact me and ask me if I’ve read it yet. If it’s under 3 stars, I won’t put a review up. I don’t like negative reviewing. However, I’m willing to send a critique in private (but I won’t hold back if I’m asked ;) )

I do have issues with reading at times because of my illness, so I can’t always guarantee fastness :) But if you haven’t published yet let me know and I’ll try and match the review to your release date.

I will stalk you a bit online. I do not review spammers.
