I loved how it ended! I had somewhat suspected Anastaria's behavior but didn't think she was that cruel. I wouldn't have even guessed that would happen, which is kind of dumb of me in viewing her past actions.
From Vasily's fb group though I think it was a ruse for her family/guild also to cover her butt with the siren teacher. He said to view the last 5 minutes from her point of view. Of course book 6 is appropriately titled and looks to be crazy disorienting but not in a bad way. I am so eager for it! I wonder very seriously about Plinto, I might have missed something but I don't think he will turn his back on Mahan. I will be sure to read it again to see what's up.
My only complaint, i have to explain. I enjoy reading sci-fi, litrpg must fall in there with sci-fantasy. So often i see in Russian literature where women aren't viewed/written in a positive way. Anastaria's intelligence is great but none of the women seem to be written without some very big flaw. I think Antsinthepantsa was the only one to be written more kindly. Any suggestions? I guess you right about women chaeacters. That depands on the author though. Try Mirror World series (I assume maybe you already did) and you find much more reliable women characters... Vasily said himself: if you liked the 4-th book you'll like books 5-6-7. If you don't - you'll hate those even more. Based on reviews for two latter books - he was right.

I did enjoy Mirror World, I haven't read the 3rd yet though. Yes it is better in that aspect though!

Oh thats cool to hear! I have enjoyed them all and it will be sad when it comes to an end.
