Exactly, and your last response should have started with "ic," not "li." '-)
My feeling is that when you play the game all the time it's helpful, from time to time, to get away from the very common word endings, such as er, ed, ic, and ly. It makes it a bit more fun and leads to a wider variety of words being used.
