Is anyone else having trouble with ticker factory? I've never had any problems before but this time round it's not updating my total so I'm having to create a new one each time I post...

I tried it several months ago, Ally, and I could never get it to update either.

Ok thanks Anne, the update option used to work but obviously doesn't anymore! :)

Updates work fine on my blog, but not on Goodreads.

I really miss using the tickers. I'm just to lazy to create a new one each time I post.

If you are a member of the Feedback group, this issue/bug was reported a while ago (November 2013): Countdown/up Tickers not Working.

It seems like the tickers stopped working as a result of changes to the security settings.

I gave up using them a couple of seasons ago because of that problem. I was just going to have another try, because I love to do one, then I saw this thread so I won't bother! I wish they'd correct it.
