Julien appears to be a rather average height man standing around 179cm. Julien grew up in a hot desert shanty like town somewhere in the outskirts of an unknown city.
Of course, that city was already in ruins way before he was born. It was hot and dry, mostly dusty. It rained very little. The area also gets really cold in the night time to contrast hot weather. This is where Julien lived. It was rather harsh as he and his family-- what was left of them, had to rely on food stamps and selling weapons. His father, Raphael, was a Smith and would craft various firearms and weapons for a living. As hard as things were, living with little vegetation, he had a mostly decent childhood but if you were to ask Julien, what happened, why is the he the person that he is... He would say "Survival." And that would be all he could say. He spent a decade trying to survive and it hardened him completely. Blood shed, Loss, Brutality.... he was numb to it. Eventually, he would find himself a new family, with AMN, a Infamous street gang that inhabits deep with a certain city.

Kaede and Saki often talked about their parents, as they were always busy with things. When Saki grew up, she became leader of The Crimson Blues.}

{She can be indecisive and clumsy at times, however, Kaede always supports. She is patient and gentle with her fellow members and doesn’t get irritated easily. {Her powers are mainly based on water, but she can also do some air tricks, such as floating or a whirlwind. She is super experienced with water tricks and can do a ton of them, like, a whirlpool, a tsunami, a flood, a giant wave, etc; However, doing big tricks come at a cost. For example, when she does a tsunami, she will lose nearly all of her energy and will probably collapse and stay unconscious for three days, feeling nauseous the moment she wakes up.}
