So why don't I start this off with a basic question: Do you have an influential self help book? Why was it influential?

Awaken the Giant by Anthony Robbins was my first and most influential book I've read. I remember being a young teenager and being awestruck. Up until I read that book, I wasn't aware that there were some legitimate and concrete principles to transform and improve one's life. Robbins book captured my attention by condensing success stories and successful people into a way that was inspiring.

Amir Tesla (mrtesla) | 1 comments I believe the most influential book for everyone is the one resonating best with his/her at-the-moment situation.

In my path to self-improvement though, I've found 7 habits of highly effective people literally compelling. I tell my friends that after having read this books, it will significantly increase your level of maturity (if applied of course).
