Lauren Mann | 14 comments I loved reading the exorcist and am looking for another book similar in feel and scariness.

Troy (robotroym) Try A Head Full of Ghosts. It has some genuinely creepy scenes.

Lauren Mann | 14 comments I just ordered head full of ghosts! Can't wait to read it! I am trying to find a copy of SAM. Sounds like a great read

That one looks great - I'll have to try and get a copy. I'm currently waiting for The Exorcist to turn up, I can't believe I haven't read it!

Nickronomicon | 179 comments I haven't read Exorcist Falls yet, but I did read the novella that starts it all Exorcist Road and I really liked it. If you buy Exorcist Falls now, the novella comes with it.

Also, not quite the same type of exorcism story, but in the same vein is Seed, I really liked that one as well.

I also loved A Head Full of Ghosts - I'd like to hear some more suggestions myself.

Oh, Seed is a great read. I need to go back and revisit that one sometime. I remember being really freaked out.

Nickronomicon | 179 comments I really enjoy this sub-genre, especially when a sinister cult is involved . . . keep those recommendations coming!

You also might enjoy a classic, Rosemary's Baby and it's on sale for $1.99 right now.
