haha. Those were my thoughts exactly! I'm also pretty OCD so cataloguing and tracking my progress while reading is super enticing to me. Happy reading to you as well!

I've been reading It and I'm about 500 pages in so I'll be reading that off and on throughout with choices from the rest of the stack!

I'd love to know your thoughts on Norse Mythology, if you get around to it! I'd love to read it as well.

Yeah, of course! I actually pre-ordered that one back when it came out a couple months ago, so it's one of my more anticipated ones!

I actually pre-ordered it as well but for a friend who loves Norse mythology. She hasn't read it yet though.

I'm a very hyperactive reader for lack of better word, so I typically read multiple things at the same time. I'll usually read about 50 pages or so in one book and then change it out with another book and go back and forth between them so I don't get tired of one. That being said, I'm going to start finishing up and in between will be continuing

Taking a break to set up the hammock and move this operation outside for a few hours!

Finished two more graphic novels and taking a break for a few hours for family obligations. Be back for the night stretch! Life calls.

I like that description of "hyperactive reader." I'm always in the middle of several books as well, although I may switch back and forth or stop one to read an entirely different one all at once. It's so random.

Yeah, that sounds a lot like my style of reading too! It really just depends on my mood! And thank you! Hope you had fun as well!

Well I didn't last as long as I wanted to! Ended up falling asleep right at Hour 17, but I still enjoyed my first read-a-thon!

Starting with today! Keeping with my spooky theme for the month, I've been participating in #screamathon over on Litsy and it's so much fun!

Breaking out my audiobook choice The War of the Worlds for a break!

Oh, I'd like to read that one too, hope it turns out well! Gaiman is always a good choice! And so far so good. 3 books done with a couple others in the mix!

Got 925 pages read and 3 hrs 21 mins of audio listened to for this readathon. I participated until hour 22! And read for 16 hrs 24 mins. Read The Turn of the Screw towards the end and that was a horrible choice. It was a good book, but the language was REALLY hard to focus on at that hour and I think that slowed me down some.

So excited to be participating in my third readathon tomorrow! Last year work got in the way of my participation, but this year I wised up and took the day off for full enjoyment!

Finished up the readathon last night at 15 hrs and 48 mins. I definitely took the more causal approach for this readathon, took some time out to go to a movie (Pet Semetary :) ) and didn't stay online too much. And it was so much fun! Can't wait for October!

I won’t be able to participate for the full 24 hour day today due to work (the animals still have to eat even during quarantine!), but I’ll be listening to my audiobook off and on and picking up my reading once I get off work!
