Yeah I was wondering the same thing Leigh, I think its supposed to be June 27th and not July 27th.

This challenge sound so much fun... I'm in! P.S. I will be off for a week in July but I'll try to read as much as I can...

Mod, sorry I have to resign from this challenge. July will be a hectic month for me and I'm afraid it won't be fair for my partner if I can't focus to the game.

This is a partner challenge, running from the 1st of July to the 31st of July.
Points earned will go towards your total point for the MMC.
Here's what to do:
On the 27th of June, sign ups will close, and your partner will be assigned.
When you know who your partner is, message them and choose a team name. (If you can't think of one, don't worry! Your names are fine.)
Open a thread in the Hangman folder with your team name. For your first message, choose which number you want (from 1-150)
When the challenge starts, We'll give you something looking like this:
_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ By _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ * _ _ _ _
For every book you read and review, you can guess one letter.
Each guess must be the first letter in any word in the book title or author's name. For example, if you read The Summer I Turned Pretty By Jenny Han, you could guess T, S, I, P, J, H.
However, if you buddy read the book in our group... you get a bonus guess, which can be any letter you want!
Every letter you guess correctly gets you one step closer to getting it right.
When you think you know it, take a guess! If you get it right, you'll be asked to choose another number to get another book title. (Please note, you need to read at least 1 book before making a guess, and you only get one guess per book read.)
Ways to earn points:
For every book read and reviewed, you'll get one point.
For every buddy read you do in our group, you'll get another point.
For every book guessed right, you'll get 3 points each.
Rules:
• Books must be read from the 1st of July to the 31st of July.
• Books must be over 100 pages to count.
• Buddy read must take place in our group to count.
• Letters guessed have to be the first letter in the book title / author's name to count, unless it's a bonus guess (from taking part in a buddy read for the book you read and reviewed.)
• You have to read at least 1 book before making a guess, and you only get one guess per book read.
Prizes:
• 1 winner for having the most individual points.
• 1 random winner.
