Now that our read for May has been decided, it's time for everyone to nominate a book for our June 2017 read.

We are doing something a little different for 2017 monthly reads. Starting with January's read we are working our way backward in publication years :)

So - nominate a crime/mystery/thriller/suspense book which was published in 2011 for our June read. True crime or cosy mysteries are included in this :)

NOTE: The beginning or early in a series (if a series) please :)

This thread will be open until 10th May, then our nominations will go to the vote:) Good luck and have fun!

Authors and publishers, please don't nominate your own work!

Now You See Me (Lacey Flint, #1) by Sharon Bolton

Question - is there any way of checking if a book has already been selected for a previous challenge by the group? Just wondering...

Personally I vote for The Celibate Mouse just for the title! Who could come up with that? Has to be a great book!

Make sure you read The Naked Room first; it's #1 with The Celibate Mouse #2 in the series :) I gave #1 5 stars :)

Sorry Liz but the call was for books published in 2011 so we can't use your suggestion this time.
Would you like to suggest a title published in 2011?

They're a low price, too. I posted them in that thread recently. =o)

Spiral is also good, that seems to be from 2011 (doesn't seem that old though)."

Thanks Liz. Spiral by Paul McEuen sounds really good!
