Can authors change the covers on their books, or do they have to ask a librarian to change/add a cover?

A few authors have librarian status, but most do not. Without librarian status, and author can add a cover to their own books with none, but cannot remove covers already added to one of their books.

Like edits by any user, if you have concerns about a specific edit (or many edits by a specific user) please either flag the edit with an explanation, or use the Contact Us link on the Help page.
