Noah Larson Kill Everything That Moves on the Vietnam war sets the scene for the classified documents and first person interviews that were held during the war. Most americans have been taught about the war but never go into great detail. Reading this gives a better understanding of what really happened. For example, the My Lai massacre was not just one single incident but was an often occurrence. Nick Turse explains in the story that not all of these killing were all during or current massacres. He talks about his journey of interviewing the many Vietnam veterans, Vietnamese civilians that survived, and also the men and women that worked inside the pentagon. Turse explains his search for the untold secret documents that has been told for the first time in front of a large audience about the hidden and untold secrets about the United States’s war machine that is always ready to kill and intimidate the opponent Showing the “Kill Everything That Moves” still haunts veterans and survivors to this very day.
