They seem to be structured a little differently than other Listopias

They seem to be structured a little differently than other Listopias"
Yes. GR has programmed those to limit by a range of dates, but they are not static lists and have votes, and, as such, qualify for this task.

Throne of Glass by Sarah J. Maas #3 on the list
Can't Wait Books 2016
The Raven King-Maggie Stiefvater #4 on the list

We need links, Jayme.
Edit: If you will at least link the books, I can probably see the qualifying list for you.

Thanks, Jayme, OK for The Raven King, too.

Yes.

thank you

This will work. Please make a not of this approval when claiming the book for points.

beneath the listings on each page is (for example):
466 books · 935 voters · list created June 25th, 2008 by
that is for the linked list (1930s), so doesn't have 1000 voters, but
5,064 books · 9,230 voters (2010), so some of those decade lists will work easily.
Another way to see, is to go to book of interest, and look at all of the lists for that book. On the list page is a link to all lists for that book. Choosing, for example, the first book on that 2010 list is this page:
https://www.goodreads.com/list/book/1..., where it shows it's position on the list, the number of books on the list, and the number of voters for the list.

It's not in the top 10, so no, it doesn't work. In fact, I couldn't find it (and I have had my coffee!) Is that the correct link ?

I'm afraid I see that as #248 on that list, and the task requires a top 10.

Whoops, I missed the top 10, just notice the over 1000 votes for the list.

I did too, Karin. However, the book I was looking at fit under Historical, which I had not filled, and still got a combo.

I see, so if I can find Quicksilver in the top 10 of another list. Got it. I do have it confirmed to read for historical. But I have been working on my sub challenge list, too. I still have a few more books to add. I have been having trouble with finding books on my tbr or other ones I want to read that my library system doesn't have.

Thanks! How did you find that? I'm new to even finding listopias. Now I can see that it won't make it, but perhaps another book I'm going to read will.
ETA -- I finally figured it out. Wow, was I ever dumb!!!

Glad you found it. Not dumb at at all - GR has lots of features and for some it takes years to discover. (At least it did for me.)

Yes, and once you get going, lots of multiple points. As a note, I enjoyed Nancy Horan in the only one I've read. I might pencil that one in for myself.

Any book already listed is good for the task. You'll need to post again If you want a different book from a list already posted.

In honor of The Count of Monte Cristo, All the Light We Cannot See, and Jane Eyre, read any book that appears in the top 10 of any GR listopia that has at least 1000 voters. To clarify, the list needs to have at least 1000 voters, not necessarily the book. Please post a link to the list with the title of your intended read in the help thread before posting your claim for the book.
