Mystery/Thriller Reading Friends discussion

Thanks to Ann for setting up the chapters. I will be starting this next so I'm happy to do the chapter summaries unless someone else arrives first.

I am tempted by copies of this book being available on the "Lucky Day" shelf on a few branch libraries, those copies are not eligible to be put on hold and it looks like half or so of the first copies are set up like that now. I support the idea, I even grabbed one up on Saturday - happy to be able to just walk in and pick up a new release... The Silkworm ; but it chafes a bit when holds are on a long queue and there are three copies at one branch... calculating the distance... :)

Ann, do they also have to be back in a short time, like a week? That's what would deter me from picking one up. Although if there are three you could return one when it's due and pick up the next one.....

Two weeks for the Lucky Day borrowing period, Carol. I laughed at your diabolical idea to return one and get another out! Thinking..... ;)

I am happy to report that I have the audio CD's lined up to listen soon. I may not make it before the end of the month, but Lucas is on the horizon!
