I know. I must be crazy.

I had a private group to track challenges, but that started to not be enough and went to spreadsheet. Which was good, but it was hard to see what was up and coming up. So now I'm trying the app Todoist out. I like that I can add task for all the challenges and assign them due dates. The individual not timed ones I can set out a week so they show up as "current" but easily move them if I don't happen to have a book that I read for a team challenge that works. Going back and setting it up for all the challenge already in motion has been slow, but it is coming along nicely.

What have others found to be good for them?

I just keep a folder of links saved on my toolbar that take me to all my comments within challenges. I usually pick one "Main" challenge at a time where I'm picking books specifically for that challenge. Then I adjust the order of the links so the challenges that can also be filled by the Main challenge's book are near the top.

I used to do spreadsheets and such but found this way was easier for me to do without getting overwhelmed :)

I also do a bunch of challenges but so far I just have a shelf where I put the books that I have to read. Left to right in order of my highest priority. I do a bunch of moving around but it seems to work.

Hi Everybody

Hi my name is Joyce and I am addicted to challenges.....

I've tried a few ways to keep track but ended up the old fashioned way ...Pen and notebook. I also use a calendar app on my computer and phone. I like the idea of the todoist app.

I just recently found todoist. But I like that it is available for my Windows Phone, my android tablet and from the web. It is also available for I products and has capabilities to integrate into your calendar if you want.

So mass adding of task I do from my laptop. But I can easily view anywhere and add quick add a project for adding the task later if I sign-up for a challenge on the go.

Carmen has been benefiting from the app since we collaborate with each other. So as I add task for myself I add her one as well.

As for pen and paper...I never seem to have the same notebook handy when I've tried that. I was trying a paper planner, but it was so hard to fill in all the year long challenges that it makes it hard to keep up with being able to post progress on them because I have to go back and search what I've read when I finally remember to update.

So with the app I can add a comment with the book right away to remind me for when I post.

Hi Elena and yes I agree with Plethora, you may be the sane one. LOL

So does anyone have any interest in being captain? Might as well work that out early so we are ready to go :D

I've done it a handful of times before but this time I've got a newborn in one arm constantly so probably better for someone else to steer the ship haha

Thanks for volunteering! If you need any help with it, just let me know. When I captained the teams, I just had a format that I filled in each week. Was super easy and kept it neat so I could see who had checked in with their books/reviews and who we needed still.

So whose stepping up to be Boss?

Review: This is the best book of the series so far. Jessie (Hector) fiancé from when he was alive is threatening Suze when her step father and brother turn up old letters from Maria to Hector. Suze is stuck babysitting for the summer at the local resort that her stepbrother works at. She meets other mediators and is mentoring a young mediator.
