Is A Court of Thorns and Roses better or A Court of Mist and Fury?

I actually prefer A Court of Mist and Fury. Not that A Court of thorns and roses wasn't good, i loved that book. But i think a lot of the fans out there prefer the second one much better.

I think A Court of Mist and Fury is better since it's in that book that you realize how many excuses you come up with for the leading male in the first book. It isn't a situation of Tamlin versus Rhys but of how much Tamlin acts like a typical male lead and the excuses that readers come up with excusing his behavior. Tamlin's behavior is pointed out as not being okay in the second book, but we go along with it in the first book. Both books are great and the fact that Maas was able to accomplish excusing Tamlin's behavior to having everyone fall in love with Rhys is amazing. I think the second book is wonderful but only because of the build-up from the first book.
