What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

I'm looking for books that are about crime and mystery and have characters with "gifts". It can be a superpower, like mind reading or invisibility, or it can just be natural talent at profiling or an ability to tell lies. It would be cool if it was the "top secret organization sends out people with abilities to solve crimes" type of book. All of my suggestions except for the 3 with notes are the first book in their series. Oh, and the Jacob's Coins one is more of a novella than a full length book, but I liked the idea behind it, so I included it for you.
