I've been doing a 50 book challenge this year. I'm currently 7 behind pace so the goal is going to require some serious determination. The good news is that I started taking the bus most days to work and back so I've got over two hours per day dedicated to reading. I'm currently about 100 pages into "The Color Purple"....like it a lot so far.

Finished "The Color Purple" and "Night" by Elie Wiesel. Both really good. I'm now 5 behind pace...making progress. I'm going to switch it up and read a few Japanese authors next....
