Crazy for Young Adult Books discussion

This week I thought it would be fun to focus on a series. I hope this theme is not too banal!

Options: Begin an entirely new series, continue a series, finish that one series you've been putting off (or that you desperately want to finish!)

I really need to continue a series. I've had the book from the library multiple times.
I hope this time I'll read it! LOL

I will read which will finish The Blood of Eden series (unless the author adds another lol)

awww thanks! I know, cross your fingers for me! I've even paid library fines for this book and I still haven't read it! LOL
I've re-requested it. too bad I'm still playing book catch up from camp and now being sick. oh well :) it's a good problem to have!

Hi Trisha.

My daughter just finished this book last week and she said that it was probably the best one of the whole series. I'll be interested to see what you think.

I am currently (still) reading The Forever of Ella and Micha. I am FINALLY 51% in and plan on getting The Temptation of Violet and Luke from the library soon.

I will continue with On Dublin Street series:
*excited for this one*
But I really can't wait to read book after this one, Fall from India Place, it's about Hannah and Marco aaaaa XD <3

I think this is the only series I am not aware of, so I'll have to check it out. How does it compare to others? Is it okay or "gotta" read? LOL

I picked continue a series, and I read:

I don't know that series, Mehsi, but if you're on book #7 it must be good. :o)

Yeah it is a fun series, though I have to say that book 7 wasn't that good. Mostly because a lot of elements stay the same (Brandon insecurities, family things, Mackenzie still being a mean girl) and that starts to get boring/annoying. I will probably check out book 8, and hope it will be better.

I agree with Zara!! It's my favorite of the series! If you want to read the spin-off then maybe when can buudy read it!! :D

Before Jamaica Lane is actually my favorite of the series, but I did like Fall From India Place too! Hope you like it! :D

I'm drowning in series right now, so this is the perfect challenge!! I'll be reading , considering that I'm probably one of the last people on this Earth to have not read this book!!

It's a great series, Vic. I didn't join to BR that time, but couldn't resist when I saw so many of us rated it 5 stars :)

I don't think I BR it either but I loved it!!! I am planning to BR Rebel.

I took Mandiann's advise--and started Reboot last night... only on chapter 3 but interesting premise.
