THE Group for Authors! discussion

I read an article about it but can't seem to find a way to activate it anywhere. I read the FAQ and all it says is go to my author dashboard, go to the Ask an Author section and toggle it from off to on. Except there is no Ask an Author section. Several other authors I know don't seem to have one either even though the FAQ says it's open to all authors on GoodReads.

Is it going to take a while to reach everyone? If not, how do those of us who appear to be missing this section on our dashboards go about getting it?

A.D., ask the goodreads support people for help. A friendly woman named Tania recently helped me add a book to my dashboard. I had used my middle initial when my second book was published and so it wasn't automatically added. Tania or someone else on the support staff will help you find the Ask an Author section.

Since Horror Aficionados is an extension of Goodreads, can someone help me find some answers. I am having no luck with administrators at HA. I just want to find out how to post photos from my iPhoto and Dropbox collections. I see others doing this to promote a book etc. but I am having no luck doing so or finding answers. At this point, I am ready to ignore any email updates from that site. Sorry.

I found a window for asking questions about each of my books on the book's page. So if a reader has a question about Reprobate: A Katla Novel, I can choose to answer the question and answered questions will be posted on the book's page.

Correct. To quote Patrick (Director, Author Marketing) from another discussion:

We're hoping to release it for all authors in the next few weeks.
