Did you read the "Character Format" topic? It says at the top that you put your character in a new thread in the "Characters" folder.

Yes you are; and you'd only need to request a rank if they were a leader.

Nope, since they already have a set face. So you could actually make five characters given one is an original.

I think you'd have to request again, and I just requested Daenerys.

As stated in the plot thread, in between season 1 and 2. You could still use Myrcella, though I think she was sent off for an arranged marriage.

Depends on her birthday, and I don't think it was stated. So, in between season 1 and 2, she would be about...10.

Will do. So long as you don't mind me fudging Kevan's kid's stories, I'm good with not knowing anything about them from the books since I have yet to read what happens.

If they're just minor characters then it's fine.

The son won't be, but if I make the daughter, she will be.

She's a member of this group. You could message her or ask her in the chat thread.

Will the characters from the book and series be featured here, and must our characters be different ones who do not interfere with the existing who's who?

You can claim characters from the ~series~, and yes, OCs can interact with original characters. Check out all the threads.
