Since the 18th century, New Orleans has embraced their own extravagant twist on Mardi Gras celebrations. Set apart from the common revelry, the Louisiana elite host krewes, displaying wealth and power through the production of lavish balls, and stunning parades.

One such group, the Krewe of Magus, has extended invites for their ultra-exclusive fete in the Garden District. Run by the influential Deschanel family, access to From the Ashes is highly sought after, and rarely granted. Powerful alliances are formed, and deals are made. And behind the veil of silk and gold, debauchery abounds.

Slip behind the gilded curtain, and disappear into the five unique tales that make up From the Ashes…

Dante Craddock (DanteCraddock) I'm looking for reviewers interested in reviewing my novel, A Love Beyond Time (Power of Love Quartet, #1) by Dante Craddock A Love Beyond Time. It was published on May 16th by Fountain Blue Publishing. It is a romance novel with a paranormal twist. Here is a bit about the novel:

But she has always felt that something was missing. She’s never quite been able to pin down what it is. All she knows is that it’s been there her whole life.

Then the dream begins, throwing her life into total chaos. She must now find the answers to the dream. Why her? What is it showing her? The answers will open a whole new view of the world to her. This new view will reveal to her that love can go beyond time.

Loren Weaver (lorenweaver) | 15 comments Hello,
I'd love reviewers for my two Paranormal Crime novels featuring Victoria Novak.

Havoc's Cry
The only living Sorceress, Victoria Novak, finally earned a peaceful, normal life. But with one howl on a full moon, her whole life crashes back into paranormal chaos. The FBI show up to recruit her to the Federal Paranormal Division, the very first all paranormal police force and she can’t decline.
Tori must train a new team of special agents in paranormal etiquette in the middle of solving a crime that’s leaving ravaged bodies twisted into grotesque shapes. Caught in the middle of a werewolf fight for dominance, Tori can’t let personal emotion interfere with solving a crime. Until the crime becomes personal.
With her life spinning into chaos, the real question is how far is she willing to go to answer Havoc's Cry.

Archangel's Salvation
Victoria Novak, infamous Sorceress and Federal Paranormal Division Special Agent, just got a call from the police about four bloodless corpses. Now it’s time to investigate.
When she goes to the Coven Master for help, he gives her a vampire liaison. Gabriel, a 400 year old vampire with angel’s wings painted on his face, is violence on a leash. Tori and the team chase leads back to the new club Transylvanian Travesty, owned by a vampire that makes Tori weak with his power. But is he really involved in the killings?
A new vampire murder, paranormal politics, and police work. All in a normal day. But now, Gabriel’s ready to be free, and Tori may be the only way to ensure Archangel’s Salvation.

You can read more about the two books on my website: www.lorenweaver.com/victorianovak
If interested, let me know or send me an email at [email protected]. I'll be happy to provide the book in PDF, mobi, or epub.

Barbara | 14 comments Hello,
I'm following the trail of other authors requesting a review of my book, Behind the Forgotten Front, a WWII Novel.

I've been told it's a "man's" book because it's about war. But I tried to tell the personal relationship side of young men coming of age on the battlefield rather than just blood and gore.

If interested, the Kindle version is free at Amazon on Sept 13, 14, Oct 11, 12 and Nov 16.

Thanks.

Sara Bain (sarabain) | 4 comments I'm looking for a few well-respected reviewers to review my debut novel The Sleeping Warrior.
The book was released at the end of last year but the sequel is due to come out in the not-too-distant future, so I'm hoping to stir up some interest beforehand.
The Sleeping Warrior has got elements of fantasy, paranormal, crime, mystery, but, according to everyone who has read it, is nothing like you've ever read before.
If you like it, I should also be delighted to send you an ARC of the sequel, The Ghost Tree, which, although a contemporary ghost story, has its foundations in the true account of the Rerrick Parish Poltergeist: http://www.mysteriousbritain.co.uk/sc...

If you're interested, please let me know and I can send you a copy on any digital format you wish.

Best wishes

Charlene (goodreadscomuser_amarama) | 0 comments Hello: I'm looking for reviews for my novel. The Stain, out on Amazon.ca this week and soon on Amazon.com. Synopsis: Three women separated by centuries of time, remain bound by a love that will not die and by a single overwhelming event. That event's roots keep rising within the lives of each of these women, until one frees them all.
The book is a novel about reincarnation, karma and the release from suffering, but never delves into theory or philosophy.
I'm happy to send you a copy, in the format of your choice, when you email me at [email protected] I'm looking forward to your responses!

Kris Thompson (kristhompson) | 6 comments Hello, I'm looking for reviewers for my debut novel Black Rose that will be released Nov. 13th.

Summary:

Lillian Locke had the perfect life in Boulder, Colorado. She had the boyfriend of her dreams, a wonderful family, awesome friends, and a spot on the track team at a great college. There wasn’t anything life could throw at her that she couldn’t get through . . . until he found her.

Lillian never could have imagined being abducted and chained up in the dark. Worse yet, being just one of many girls kidnapped and held captive by a madman. All she can do now is hope that she survives the brutality of their captor long enough to find a way to free herself and her new captive friends.

When Richard Haines’ girlfriend goes missing, he makes it his personal mission to find the woman he loves and bring her home to the safety of their loved ones. Seeking the help of friends and family, Richard abandons everything except for his pursuit of Lillian. But when someone else close to Richard goes missing, and the bodies of the abducted girls start showing up in the hills outside Boulder, the only thing he can do is hope that he finds her before it is too late.

J.D. Wright (everealm) | 5 comments Good evening!

Looking for readers/reviewers for my debut fantasy-romance novel set in medieval-ish fantasy realm called Everealm. This is the first of the series which include kingdoms, wizards, fairies, and other magical and fantasy elements. Sample chapters can be found here: http://everealmseries.blogspot.com/ (Click on 'Book Samples' at the top).

If you're interested, please send me an email at [email protected]

NOTE: Adult content/language, mild/moderate sex & violence (there are swords and daggers, after all!)

Synopsis:
Breestlin cannot escape her destiny to become ruler of her father's kingdom, but she never planned to become queen at twenty-three years of age. Upon the return of her first love, Rowan, Bree must quickly learn how to adapt to both her new responsibilities as a ruler and her inability to suppress her feelings for Rowan. To make matters more difficult, her outcast uncle, Silas, has declared himself to be the rightful heir of Junacave and will stop at nothing to get what he desires. This forces Bree to seek the assistance of the wizard, Dagan, who in a twist of fate discovers much more about his family (and himself) than he could ever imagine.

Romance and danger await, as we journey through Everealm, the first book of the Everealm Series.

Thanks so much!
