Love this article. Her book was great too. You know the best part of this, is that most of the things she suggests are either free or just involve time and effort.

She talks about online book groups. Does anyone know of any book groups similar to the excellent Goodreads?
I've searched for UK ones and there is one good one but it does not allow authors to advertise in any way. http://www.bookclubforum.co.uk
Anyone with a list? (If you could see my face! It says "I can dream" crossed with "What a cheek I have to even ask!"
I got a bunch of groups from MJ Rose, but it cost a lot. If you google books clubs on the web, you find some. For a while, I was googling and sending everybody in the club copies of my son's books.
