I know! March's challenge we like rigged everything so me, Book, Maddison, and Velina could all be on the same team. AND WE HAD RAE! Who read a fuck ton. Lol.

And then me and Book are teamed for this month and Maddie and Velina are still together for this month as well.

I didn't want to say anything on the sign up thread because of other people being able to see it. But would it help if me and Alaina said we wouldn't claim prizes if our team won in May if we were put on the same team? We haven't been on the same team since January. I don't know if that would help our chances to be put on the same team either. Lol.

If not, that's fine. I just figured it wouldn't hurt to ask. :D

To be honest its not about the prizes, its about people moaning to me because they think its unfair because Alaina reads the same amount as 5 people, and they feel that other teams don't stand a chance. If I put the two of you together, its likely to be that its just the two of you, against teams of 5 or 6, just to try and keep things even.

I'll be totally honest, when I first joined GR you intimidated tf out of me. Lol. But now, I just love ya. And don't care about how many books you read. Haha.

I wish alll people were just easy going. Like you said, these challenges literally mean NOTHING outside of GR. Like the person who lives next door, your boss, no one fucking cares. Lmfao. It's a reading challenge to have fun with people who also love to read books. Just because you read more than someone else doesn'y mean you should be subjected to only reading solo because other people can't grow a pair and try to freakin' beat you. Lol.

Mostly because we are actually making them fun and not really competitive. Yeah, we try to make them fair based off of how much everyone usually reads but it's mostly about having fun and enjoying the whole challenge.

Honestly if anything, in a serious team, to be against you I feel like that would give them more motivation to read more and try to beat you XD If they were really competitive they should want you against them in a serious team, not complain

You would think that!! But no, you get the WOW it's so easy now because Alaina isn't in serious - I love the competition because we are winning and shit like that. That's not a competition. Yeah, it's close this month in that group and I'm happy for all the participating parties but I get so annoyed about what people say over there. If it makes everyone happy go lucky for me to be solo or to not even participate then great for them. There are other groups and challenges that I can join but don't complain about it when I do join
