Challenge Corner discussion

Well we had them planned. But now that we have this monopoly one. Alaina and I think we should switch the months out.

And we also think we should cut the fairytale challenge and change it to Disney Villains and use it not right after the Disney Princess challenge.

I saw mention of a disney princess and disney villain thing. Maybe we could do some kind of thing where we combine them? I'm just spewing ideas here.

(FYI I have no idea what the Disney challenge is like so far)
I keep thinking of something like Disney Princess versus Disney villains. Like if you were on team Princess Aurora then you would be up against Maleficent and I don't know where I'm going with this. :S

Sounds good to me to not have fairytale and disney close together and maybe combining them or cutting out fairytale.

So this is what was originally planned -
Monthly Challenges:
Anniversary (pagecount or something) in June
Fairytale in July
Disney in August

Quarterly Challenges:
Summer/Vacation July-September

BUT if we do the monopoly one has a page count (and the anniversary challenge was going to be a page count one then I suggest we make the monopoly our anniversary one.)
Since Fairytale challenge needs some work on it we were going to move it to a later month (for example: October, but it would be changed to the disney villains challenge instead).
Disney challenge could be moved to July (unless you want to make the monopoly challenge a two month one.)
August - we would need a challenge if the monopoly one is one month
September - could be the cards again humanity one?!?
Then maybe we could do a bingo challenge again for november and december?!? or somehow come up with a different challenge for those months


The third quarterly would be a vacation one. The fourth quarterly would be something along the lines of yahtzee?

Oh! That could be something Book. And somehow we use them in the same challenge but maybe instead of putting the teams against each other we somehow put the categories against each other?

I do like the monopoly for anniversary. I think that’s an intricate ass challenge and since it’s like the most in depth one yet (well since I’ve been here) that that one could be the anniversary. It might have to be two months. Unless we can really buckle down and get it all figured out and have enough players to make sure everyone goes around the board at least once. Ya know?

I still think that October should be disney villains since the disney one isn't just about princesses.

OH! Remember the June challenge from last year (I think it was the wedding challenge?) when we started with like 4 categories and whenever 1 was completed 3 times the mods would give us a new category from a list and we would have to complete it 3 times to get a new category and so on....

What if we did that with a combined Disney princesses and Villains challenge?

But the Disney one isn't just princesses. I think we came up with categories based off a ton of disney movies.

Exactly. The Yahtzee one was something CP threw out there as a regular challenge. And I suggested the last quarterly one. Since you play Yahtzee solo and those are always solo. But it’ll take some time to really figure it out.

I think we should keep the mods vs members the anniversary challenge. And do a page count. And just leave it as that.

And have monopoly be it’s own challenge where we divide teams normally.

Okay we need to decide on which topic we are figuring out. The months or the challenges themselves cause right now my brain feels like the gif above! >.<
