I know some girl in a camp halfblood rp was making a girl 20 and Half-bloods dont stay there at 20 unless they are dead. Oh and yeah if they do that its illegal in the wizarding world, if they don't know how the characters act they just made the group because harry potter groups are pretty famous right now.
