John Ray Grisham Jr. is an American bestselling writer, attorney, politician, and activist best known for his popular legal thrillers. His books have been translated into 42 languages and published worldwide.

I have never actually read any of his books, but he is one of my dad's favorite authors to read.

My sister really likes him to, but I have never read any of his books. I have seen some of the movies based off of his books and they range from ok to good.

I picked up two of his books from the library to read this month.

I read Bleachers which I understand isn't really the kind of book that he is famous for.


If you took the players from the movie Varsity Blues and aged them 15 years and brought them back to town for the funeral of their mean coach you get this book.

so, if you're into sports you would probably like it but I found it mostly just OK, nothing great.
