I was wondering if anyone can recommend a Canadian ebook conversion service? I used an American business last time and I had to paid 30% more with the exchange rate.

Ah! So I think the third link I gave you should work for you (it has a converter for the formats you wish to convert to, plus it's free), unless you're more comfortable using a service.
