Kylie Abecca (kylieabecca) | 1 comments I have accessed Author Dashboard in the past somehow, but I've just spent the best part of the past two days trying to figure out where it's gone to. I have read previous enquiries here saying to click on the 'Home' page and it is in the top right near a picture of one of your books, but I can't seem to find that at all? Feeling very frustrated right now and I really love my laptop, but having the urge to throw it at a brick wall right now :/ Please help.

I don't know if this will work for you, but...

When I'm looking at this page with your post, directly above it reads (left to right): GR Home My Books Browse Community. A search box is next to that.

Continuing right are four symbols, and if you hover the mouse pointer over them, they are: notifications, discussions, messages and friends.

Farthest right is my author image. When I click on that, a drop box appears, with Author Dashboard as the second item.

Pardon all the detailed explanation, instead of just saying the last, but that's the only way I could think of to be sure you were seeing the same image I am when viewing this post.

Billy Beasley | 1 comments Eric, that is exactly what a fellow author told me to do but I am not seeing Author Dashboard pop up. I know it has been a while since I have tried to edit but I can't seem to get to my author dashboard.

I have tried signing out & back in. Pretty sure I originally signed in via Facebook if that helps.

Trying to update as I got news last week for a publishing contract on my second novel.

Any help from anyone would be greatly appreciated.

rivka Billy, the account you are logged into is not your author account. You'll need to use the Contact Us link on the Help page to ask Support to merge your accounts.
