Last I checked I think Editors & Preditors shut down.

It wasn't very active when I checked it out last, so I thought maybe authors and agents were abandoning it so to speak. 90% of authors these days self-publish so they're not actively looking for,say, an agent. Too bad it was a good tip sheet for scams! Sorry.
