What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

A book about a serial killer in Edmonton, Alberta. I thought it was nonfiction, but Google isn't giving me anything about it so maybe not.

He bought a warehouse (his "kill room"?) to murder and dismember his victims in while he filmed it. He covered everything in plastic and took great care to clean everything up when he left. He might have had an accomplice. He kept up his normal life while he killed people in private. The book used the term "Deadmonton" a few times, which is about the only concrete thing I remember about it...

The cover was mostly blue and had a blurred picture of a man pointing a video camera at the viewer, and some video texture. Bought two or three years ago at WalMart. Lent it to someone who never gave it back.
